Grateful for a productive day.
Grateful to have had several good laughs with my son this afternoon. He looked over and said "Hey, I like you like this mom. I love you and am proud of you. And even though I complain about you stopping into your AA club sometimes after picking me up from school I do like meeting your new friends. So just ignore me when I complain like you usually do."
Grateful for the forgiveness of my children. It's made it easier to forgive myself.
Grateful for a sober life, today.

hi damsel! nice to see you here!

I'm grateful for the clarity to organize my time . . . it's another "to-do list" week, which means I'm busy, but the list really helps me get stuff accomplished. It's much less stressful to see it all on paper . . .

Grateful that after I checked off my items for today's part of the list, I did have some time to chill out and indulge in some of my favorite junk TV tonight. If I hadn't made the list I would have wasted that time fretting instead . . . so count that as a double grat!

Grateful to have friends, and even more, to be able to be a friend to someone in need, today.
