Charlie Sheen a role model for humility

Charlie Sheen says he's a warlock with tiger blood and Adonis DNA who deserves to be making $3 million an episode for "Two and a Half Men." He says CBS, which shut down production on the show for the remainder of the season after last week's rants, owes him "a big one, publicly, while licking my feet." He says he cured his own addiction problems by closing his eyes and making it so. "I'm tired of pretending I'm not special," he tells NBC's Jeff Rossen. "You can't process me with a normal brain."

I don't have much money but will borrow and wager any amount Sheen has his next public substance abuse debacle in less than a week.

By the way, are there many members who still attend the Simbionese Liberation Army meetings?

Let this be the lesson: Do drugs, kiddos, and you, too, could be as delusional as Charlie Sheen.

He's got my prayers. Melissa, I wouldn't touch that bet if I had Charlie's money to burn.

Peace & Love,
Sugah

I was joking, thinking probably a lot of the readers here are too young to know who your avatar is. Please, no offense intended. Just in case there was.

I do have a pretty dry/acrid/sarcastic/weird sense of humor sometimes.

I heard this the other day....Charlie Sheen is reaching out to Lindsay Lohan offering words of wisdom?

After dating all them porn stars, he probably occurred a sexually transmitted diseases and is going mad. How else can you explain his delusional thinking. Lol.

I dunno maybe it's just me but I find Christiane Amanpour's interview with Khadafi (Gaddifi?) much more interesting news. It was riveting and ballsy. That woman is an inspiration. LOVE what she does and what she stands for.....REAL journalism in this world of "entertainment news" both relating to news about celebrities and celebrities purporting to report the news.

Ms. Amanpour is a Rock Star of the highest order!

As a follow up to my post it's worth noting immediately after making these remarks his publicist resigned.

Who are we to judge him, just cause he is famous? I have heard much worse thing out in the "world". Its not like he was a role model. I have seen more outrageous behavior in meetings. Just sayin...

leave poor charley alone

Now now I'm going to play the devil's advocate here( a little anyway)

First Charlie's rant against his boss and employers, don't get all huffy and high & mighty. Every company I worked for always had a group of employee's that couldn't stand management freely & openly talking about their boss/es behind their back. Sometimes this group included me but I was NOT high nor were the others. Most work for a paycheck and like Charley I always had more fun spending the money than making it. Now did we go on national TV or radio to say how our boss was a freakin idiot or the job sucked-NO. But that sediment is normal in most larger companies and workplaces CBS included.

Second the pop culture ex addicts are all over this like paint on a wall. Sometimes I think these ex addict pundits like to see guys like Charlie because it lessens or validates their drug behaviors. It also gives them something to talk about and promote their books on their recovery.

Third, Charlie's going for a rise. He's trying to shock on purpose to draw attention to him and challenge the mob/hoard that's trying to get him(in his eyes anyway). But the media pundits are swarming him.

Fourth I've seen Charlie's thing on I'm a tiger. With one reporter he was asked how the drugs basically did not kill him that's when he said he was different-in that for what ever reason his body could handle it, in context on that particular exchange word for word that's not bad.

Setting all this aside yeh the guy has problems but is it worthy all the attention. He looks like crap. But is it worth all this attention. Are things that might be taken out of context exacerbating the situation.

I pray for Charlie, as well. He's sick. With his cash flow he's fried his mind completely with drugs and hootch.

Thank GOD I did NOT have his bank roll when I was in the deal!!!

The guy won't make it long the way he is going. I think he may actually be delusional. Don't know much about his drug history, and if he can close his eyes and make his addiction go away, more power to him, I guess! The guy has issues, but really, who doesn't?

I have a habit of reading on things I am not familiar with. This one was interesting...

In the end, there was a police shoot out with the SLA. The SLA members fired approx. 4,500 rounds of ammo at 400 LA police officers (11+ shots per officer). Not a single bullet found it's target.

The LA police fired approx. 4,500 rounds of ammo into the house...with all members inside being killed.

Lesson:

They should have spent more time at the gun range than they did shoplifting socks...lol. The movement lasted approx. 2 years (1973-1975).

*sits at the PC...unable to sleep...reading random stuff...*

The avatar usage (which is Patty Hearst, a kidnapped rich kid turned SLA member) says to me that MelissaNoDrugs is claiming she was brainwashed into the culture she found herself to be a part of. I can say the same for myself...brainwashed by my addict mind...

I think he has a bad addiction problem currently. His jaw is very irritating to look at...either it's due to drug use or botched plastic surgery... Either way...he looks creepy.

Some of the reason for his aged appearance could be he is getting old and he didn't have the pancake makeup on during the interview that he wears on the show. He is starting to look more like his Dad.

It's actually chosen randomly, there is no meaning behind it.

I posted this first, because I was shocked to see him state, a week after live reports he was in the hospital for a drug-related incident, he was suddenly "cured." Secondly, the sheer arrogance when he could have taken this moment to say to the public, "yes I have a problem and need to address it." Am I judging that? He!! yes.
