writing?!?
writing?!?
Hi everyone! Hope you ALL are having a wonderful day!
I was wondering if any of you on SR have ever tried to write in a jouranl?? If so, do you think it helps in your recovery???
Someone from one of the meetings I attend has suggested that I put my thoughts on paper. She says that this is a good way to keep track of what I am thinking about during recovery. To keep track of triggers and such and to go back and remember what was going on in my mind at the time.
Has anyone tried this? Do you think it helps?
THANKS*

I'm a big fan of journal keeping. I think its a great idea, even for people NOT in recovery. For a lot of folks, SR is their journal, either posting to the forums or to the blog.
