AAHHH, feels so nice
so we switched the effexor to Pristiq ( a newer version of the same thing)
depakote er -extended release
remeron (mertazapine)
what a difference! I feel lovely. Not hypomanic, not edgy, just a sense of well-being and with full access to my personality and normal emotions.
I am so crossing my fingers that this holds!
I have been sleeping and resting alot, but good sleep, content.
I think this is okay because I was so depleted and worn out.
Been incorportating alot more bubbly baths. Spent some time this evening working on getting the night table beside the bed pretty with the pamper things so I will keep up the bedtime hygiene. It can be hard to put myself to bed so early! So, I am making it my special place.
Need to replenish my healthy night teas.
Just really crossing my fingers that tomorrow is as nice as today!!!

(((Live)) - I'm sooooo glad that you got meds that are working. I took the Pristiq aftermy2nd robbery for the PTSD and it really helped. My only problem was that I couldn't afford it, so had to rely on samples from my dr., and he didn't always have them.
Hearing that you are getting lots of sleep and feeling "content"
Hugs and prayers,
Amy

mine are samples too, Amy.
I had a rough night. First one since I got the new meds..and then slept with my neck crooked so my head has hurt all day today.
I've done a few household chores. Hoping even a little bit helps.
I can't wait to get this caught up!
I have started a really good book from the library so I am looking forward to a great night tonight.
Began looking into the WRAP (wellness recovery action program) too.
Trying to find some balance. I have counseling next week.
I just know I will be back to cheerful again tomorrow.
Good sleep is everything for me!!
