Grateful to another morning waking up early and feeling great - couldn't sleep back 2:00 a.m. -- but it is all good. Grateful for just craving a hot cup of quality coffee along with some quiet reading time.

Have a Fabulous Friday Friends!

So grateful this morning for my church friend who took us to ck's concert last night. The music was wonderful, both the choir and the wind ensemble - separately and together. I had a great time and came home happy. And ck was so glad I got to come!

Grateful for friends today. My life would be empty without them... and that includes my furry friends too.

grateful for morning and knowing that it is within my power to make this a GOOD day!

I have so much to be thankful for.....a great career, loving pets, financial security (somewhat), a beautiful home, a great bed and I have self-respect.

I am capable of pulling myself out of a bad mood....i have no control over the calendar dates (it is Mr. Fandy's birthday tomorrow), but I do have control over what I do to make MY LIFE better.

I need to get out and be more social, there is a beautiful Barnes & Noble close by, I will take my nook over there tomorrow and treat myself to a nice coffee at their Starbucks.

and I should be sure I wear make-up and blow out my hair and wear some nice clothes too.

i am very grateful to be sitting in my office eating an eggwhite omelette with spinach, cheese and salsa....time for a big fresh cup of lemon tea too.

I do remember the awful onset of hungover mornings, barfing so badly I caused rupture to my eyelids from the strain, my hair falling out in huge amounts in the drain from both stress and a terrible diet, headaches and that scary feeling of a very swollen lower abdomen.

It is far better to be sober and be ready for a full day of work, even if I do have to pull a weekend work day too.

I am also very grateful that my body is repairing and my hair is growing back.

I'm grateful that my HP God woke me up this morning. I'm grateful for the fact that I don't ever have to drink or take a hit again, no matter what. I'm grateful that I've been blessed with two adorable children, and like Least said, for my furry friends. I'm grateful for this beautiful California day, the sun is out and only saw one cloud in the sky. I'm grateful for SR and all of you. Sometimes when i need to reach out for help the phone doesn't always work, but I can log on and there is someone there to help. I'm grateful for the old timers in the rooms, they give me hope. If they can make it that far, so can I. And I'm grateful for Bill W and Dr. Bob for making this program. It saved my life, sanity and most of all now my kids have a decent chance of having a good father in their lives now. All in all I'm living in the attitude of gratitude.

Good morning my fellow grat-packers! I'm grateful that my car started on this cold early morning to get dk to work. Grateful that it's going to be a warm sunny day, good for dog walks and leaf-blowing. Grateful to have the energy and ambition to do necessary things, and grateful to have the joy of living to do the fun things. Grateful that even tho I have no money right now, I've got a bit coming this week and have enough of what I need to get thru the month.
