I'm extremely grateful...

.....that i am about to retire from the military after twenty years, and i have finally decided to STOP DRINKING to make this next phase of my life better, that i have a best friend on this planet who i can count on 24/7, and that i found this forum because it makes me feel stronger and less alone. peace.

thanks very much. went to a transition class for my upcoming air force retirement and it went fine....or i should say I WENT THROUGH IT FINE.....would normally have been sitting in a sea of anxiety with something like that, most likely not well rested from drinking the night before.....the little victories are important. peace.

And a very nice choice of name, by the way.... Pasta is one of my favorite foods, can't get enough of the stuff - any kind of pasta!!!!
