New medication for cravings?

Has anyone heard of Rivea (sp?) or have any experience with it? My psychiatrist wrote me a script for it to help with cravings after my relapse and I am hesitant to try it.

I believe thats a brand name for naltrexone jhay - there were other recent threads on this
