hm
i really dont know what to do feel reallly low just come out of a mentle health insatute after 5months there i am really scared i dont want to relapse and all eithewr my with drinking or self harming etc i just keep geting flashbacks and all but yeah i really dont know what to do

It is scary when things change and as much as you probably looked forward to this point, it is different and not where you have been recently, so probably not your comfort zone. I agree with Dee - is there someone you can call? Talking to someone who understands what you are going through may alleviate some of the fear and anxiety.

Dee is correct that a call to your therapist might help. I do hope that when you were discharged you were given a mental health provider and emergency contact numbers.
