It's very early on Sunday for me.....
That indicates a quick nap will be taken
before my AA meeting and football watching.
Grateful to be looking forward to all 3.....

Thanks Carol for the new thread
Grateful for an unexpected fantastic mood this morning (must be the 2 cups of coffee I've had ). Grateful for the beautiful fall weather. Grateful to have yet another Open House today. My realtor certainly has been trying . Not expecting anyone to show, but will be nice to have a clean house tonight.

grateful for having my plans in place for a Sober Sunday and a day off from work tomorrow!
grateful to be well rested from regular extra hours of sleep for the last few days...up early and sure to sleep well tonight.
grateful for physical activity and the energy that comes with healing both my body and mind....and realizing that every day is an improvement. That's OK that it is not INSTANT I have patience to enjoy the small increments too....in the grand scheme of things I didn't one day wake up and start self-abusing my body, it was a years process. Now I am just reversing the cycle.

Grateful to wake up and read the grats that others have posted, always inspiring. Grateful to have a day planned full of work, fun, cooking, eating and hanging out with my kids and hubby. Today, we are harvesting the garden... it is starting to get cold in Canada... in fact, they are calling for snow tonight. OUCH! But that is fine, it is just part of the changing seasons.... and I do appreciate the first snow fall, it is beautiful and makes everything look so clean.
Have a super, silly, spectacular, sober Sunday!

Grateful for a good sleep surrounded by loving dogs. Grateful for my morning coffee. Grateful to be able to give the dogs a good breakfast. Grateful to be sober in order to be able to do all these good things in my life. Grateful for new healthy ways of thinking and living.

Grateful for another sober and not hung over Sunday morning listening to my favorite Sunday morning Quietmusic show. And also grateful to be able to find this radio show on the internet now that it is not syndicated on one of my local radio stations.

Good Monday morning! grateful that I can take a day off from work and not experience a backslide into my old depression and waste of a precious day....(this is a big thing for me...days off used to mean i would lay in bed letting my depression take over).
grateful i have plans for the day and lots to do and the energy to do them. i've experienced 5 weekends without depression.

Grateful for the start of a new week that should be full of many great things, productivity, reading, physical activity, eating healthier, quality time with kids, quiet time with the kids at school, living a simpler lifestyle, cooking, organizing, laughing, smiling and living peacefully in a sober world.
Have a fabulous day everyone!!!!!!!

Grateful for the book I started reading last night on ways to discover contentment and joy in life. It is a great read... and very inspirational to begin my crazy, fun, and productive, positive day of adventure.
