Give it time hun....you know the meds changes take time. Give it time...be gentle with yourself, and don't give up no matter what. Prayers, hugs, and all my thoughts)))))))

Call your doctor and ask if the side effect changes are normal for (you). I recently went
through a major med change, and it was good to know what to expect....

Sometimes it can help to write them down. Sometimes I use this thing called the Daily Mood Log in this book Feeling Good by David D. Burns and basically you write down your irrational thoughts, identify the distortions in those thoughts and then write down a rational thought to replace it. It helps sometimes to be able to do that work and see how irrational my thinking is. It sure beats white-knuckling with it. Distraction also helps a lot, especially things/people that make me laugh.

Hope you feel better.
