Psychic Ability and BP
Just curious... Thought for awhile my gf just joking when she claimed to be Psychic, she's dead serious. From my vantage i see intuitive intelligence that is off the charts and a lot of false attribution. She also claims it comes and goes. Is there a relationship between thinking you're psychic and BP?

My AS has claimed to have psychic abilities, mostly when she is actively drinking. I think it can be a characteristic of alcoholism. Google "magical thinking". She may truly believe in what she's experiencing...my thought is that the brain is capable of creating various states of being and types of experiences, and maybe this is one of them.

This is an interesting topic to me. Do I understand it right? Whether people with BP (Bipolar?) have psychic (seeing the future to sum it up to it's most basic meaning) abilities. Do I understand that right? If so that is very interesting to me.
I had never heard that although it wouldn't surprise me. Live - I looked at some of your posts from that thread but didn't see where it was specifically addressed. I mighta missed / misunderstood it.

I'm not sure about the whole psychic thing but I'm so much more sensitive than most I literally can feel another's pain when being near them...I also see hear and feel much deeper than most...
