I go to DRA meetings. I like DRA because I can share about my dual illness openly without the need to edit out those things that I have to do in AA meetings. Also because I'm a secular type, I can work a personalized dual-diagnosis treatment program of my choice and still share about it in meetings without the fear of being criticized.

I go to DRA every week. If you go to AA and start talking about your depression and anxiety-panic disorder they tend to stare at you like you have horns growing out of your head. DRA does wonders
