well i'm still doin the detox...
was on the methadone til yesterday.... - now its onto the codeine taper - so far today has been ok if a little twitchy!
really missing chat here as have no internet connection where i stay at the moment and so Starbucks is having to do - at least the wifi's free!

sooo i'm wondering how this future's gonna be..looking forward to being able to say no opiates heh - been a long time since i took nothing - hope i'm still the person i used to be... i was ok once huh!
just to add good luck to anyone else who is going through this..

well my doctor has made me continue on the methadone - not what i'd hoped for or arranged.. now i'm worried i've got a meth habit and that this will take longer than hoped for - i'm going back to see the doc tomorrow to voice my fears...
its doing my head in to be honest - i went to him with a plan in place annd now it just feels like that was his goal all along and that i'm just another script..
how do u make them listen -i dunno - having a bad day i guess.

hopefully you don't have a meth habit that wouldn't be good. sorry this might take longer then you expected but that sometimes happens in recovery. Your getting help and that's what matters. Hang in their!! Hope you have a better day tomorrow!!
