Not sure if I'm posting this correctly...but I just want to say how profoundly grateful that I have found this wonderfully supportive and non-judgmental forum. It has helped me gain the clarity I've needed to finally look at my problem head on, and has made me know - truly know and feel that I am no longer alone struggling with this. I feel that a weight has been lifted, and it feels great to be able to share, analyze and discuss the experience with alcohol in the safety, comfort and anonymity of my home...not having to risk too much...letting it feel safe and ok.
