Hi. Im a day in2 my journey. I had to stop after the binge at the May bank holiday, the Easter Holidays, my birthday, St patricks day and the week after, and the many many times before 2009 that I swore never again. So this morning I wentr online and googled alcoholic forums and this one was right at the top of the listings. I looked in and knew there was expertease and understanding here. Form what I have read thru the many threads here, I now know that the road alone out of this will never work. It was the loner's path which led me into addiction in the first place.
