I have been reading everything I can get my hands on about ACoA and CoDa issues... There is only one CoDa meeting in my area and is on the same day and time as my ACoA meeting.. It does seem that ACoA and CoDa are often talked about together.. Are these two programs interchangeable? I fit into many of the ACoA and also CoDa stuff. My Codie issues stem from my childhood issues... It's like what comes first the chicken or the egg.... And does it really matter???

K, if it were me, I'd try out the CODA meeting just to see how it feels. It's hard to say which one would be more helpful to you until you try them both out, a few meetings each. See which one makes you go home feeling better
