4th step
I'm getting ready to do another 4th step. It's been many MOONS since my last one....
My sponsor had me read the step in Path to Recovery and get a Alateen's 4th step inventory workbook...
I like to hear some feedback on the tools you'all have used moving forward with this step...

I grab a bunch of those little daily readers and look up words that I am struggling with. Like "commitment" and "honesty". The short paragraphs in the readers help jog my mind and get it out of the "rut" it gets in.
