You know how helpful we can be. Trying to find a recovery forum because "a friend" really needs to get help! It's me who needs help, under those circumstances. I've been sober a long time but too long away from real time meetings. Still, I "practice" what I've been taught and yes it really does work. The "design for living" as outlined in the Big Book has never failed me. I just need to remember that and worry about my own sh*t and let her find her own style of recovery.
