Hello everyone
I am new to the sober recovery site. I am 84 days alcohol free and my smoking quit day is this coming Friday. i found the site through a google search, and thus far, the topics seem really relevant to what I am experiencing, and have been very helpful. Happy weekend!

Way to go on the sober time, and congrats on picking a day for the cig. Cigarettes was a tough one for me, but wow am I glad those chains have been loosened.
I've been in recovery for just a little while, but have just recently turned to the internet as another resource in my arsenal. It's working out great. I think the more angles you can hit addiction from the better off you'll be.
