From Sandy Beach (well, from the big book actually but Sandy read it in his lecture):
Continue to watch for selfishness, dishonesty, resentment, and fear. When these crop up, we ask God at once to remove them. We discuss them with someone immediately and make amends quickly if we have harmed anyone. Then we resolutely turn our thoughts to someone we can help.
Maaaaaaaan..... that's just tooooooo simple for me to even like it. LOL

I listen to that recording a lot. The little 'laugh and ouch' moments I get when listening are my warning signs that I might be doing what he's describing and be more aware of those things. What he says on that recording really helps me to stay aware of bringing my step-work right into my daily life.
