I've learned a lot over the years about bipolar disorder, (manic depression). But, this just gave me a better understanding than I ever had before. There are multiple links to the article, according to different specific information offered. It's well worth the time to check it out! :
Hope it helps some of you too.

I personally don't like the info about the ect treatments though. They scare me. I have personal reasons for that though, I know that for some people they can work well. My therapist talks about a woman that was so extremely depressed, she could not leave her house, she stayed in for years, and lost a great job. She had the ect treatment, and it worked wonders, and was able to begin a new life, and start working again. I guess there are always all kinds of "stories" out there.. Always best to check things out.
Thanks so much for the excellent info.
Blessings,
Becky
