anxiety attacks

My docter has me under treatment for an anxiety attack because of problems with my neighbor. I don't want to be on meds for the rest of my life.

Yesterday i told my landlord that she was drunk at 1 am when she woke me up because she wanted her keys. He refuses to do anything.

At 1230 yesterday afternoon, another neighbor told me she was still drunk.
Her lease is not up until october. I don't know what to do about it. My landlord did tell her to stay away from me.

Calling the police is not an option, because her brother is a cop.
Any suggestions on how to deal with her?
I don't want to come home and find her drunk again.

She also refuses to do yardwork, and is always leaving empty beer cans and liquor bottles all over the yard. It is embarrassing.

Is this anxiety thing going to go away or is it something i will be dealing with for the rest of my life?

Insight please.

It seems like there are always people surrounding us that infringe on our comfort zones and I detest them!!!

I would guess the anxiety you suffer if from not confronting the situation and dealing with it, but I do not know the whole story.

Hang in there Katie, you still got us here at SR!!!

In Florida it is really easy to get a no trespass order, you might call the prosecuter's office and ask about that. ?

Hi KatieRose and warm wecome. I don´t believe we´ve met.

Neighbours can be blessing or a curse, I do know from experience.

Your former neighbour sounds difficult, to say the least, but now she has moved, so hopefully it´s a beginning of a new and better way of living.

Do you know who will take her place?

I relate to the trouble sleeping. My father just passed away and was buried the day before yesterday. I keep getting nightmares and wake up every three hours or so.

It´s selfish, but good to know of someone else awake at night. We must give it time, right?

Love and light,
