Cool nervous leg disorder

Does anyone else feel this. I have done tons of research and find nothing. My legs feel horrible and so nervous I feel like running ten miles a day. They really bother me in the morning. I have to run in place and do tons of heavy weight lifting squats almost every other day just to make them so soar I cant feel the nerves. What could this be? Im finding ways of dealing with it but does anyone else have this?

Are you talking about restless leg syndrome? I don't know much about it, but, here's a helpful link.

My mother in law had that exact pain and her Dr. said to drink seltzer water before bed, it went away altogether. If it helps it would be alot cheaper than meds. Worth a try...

It's called "restless legs syndrome" it is a common condition. In my case I found that taking tylenol pm caused it. I think it was the sleep aid in tylenol pm. There is medication for it now that a doctor can prescribe. I have also found that wrapping my legs pretty tight with ace bandages sometimes gives me some relief. Good luck.
