Bright and Beautiful Future

Those who preach endlessly about how bad things are, do so mainly to advance their own power and influence. Instead of being frightened into submission by the negative scenarios, choose to follow the positive possibilities.

Life has always been challenging, and it will continue to be. Yet that is no reason to be gloomy or fearful, for in every challenge there is great opportunity.

Whatever you focus on will grow stronger and more influential in your world. Choose to focus on creative, innovative, loving, respectful and beautiful ways to move forward.

Those who obsess over assigning blame only end up making the problems worse. What you can do now is far more important than who is at fault.

If you give your energy to fear and hatred, whatever you fear and whatever you despise will grow bigger and more imposing. Is that really what you want?

The future is as bright and beautiful as you decide to see it. See it, live it, and make it so.

For me, it was just a matter of adjusting my attitude, changing my thoughts to positive ones and daring to dream.

I dig the quote from Marston.

blame is such a waste of time and effort.

blame also tends to rip apart important and beautiful social connections.

Wow.

Ann:

If everybody at this moment could just..stop.

And then somehow, in some way find a quiet place

to let it all go.. through whatever means they had...

prayer, meditation, physically removing themselves if

need be, going to a meeting, whatever the means.

And continue on with a new attitude ....

I believe the world feel the difference.

Love,

Sherry

Blame is so damaging...after all in the end I blame me...so why continue to assign that lable...believe me I have enough lables to carry...I ussually ignore most of them but on occasion I remember that others see my faults far more often than I do.....

If you have forgiven yourself, it matters not what what

Blame leads to resentment which leads to drinking which leads to blame which leads to resentment ... it's a vicious cycle. I'm glad I've stopped it. Even though I know I have much work to do through the steps, I'm looking forward to learning from them. 28 days=)
