Wellbutrin XL - 150 mgs

Hello fellow recoverers!

I have just started taking Wellbutrin XL 150's. So far I feel really ,really good!! I was wondering if anyone else has had good results in lifting their depression with this drug??

Looking for all types of feedback!

Thanks

Yep... Im currently on 450mg a day of it.

It has helped my depression and my doc just bumped it because it also helps with quiting the smoking habit... Im into day 12 and so far so good. She will lower it again in 90 days.

Glad its helping

Wellbrutin is very good for me. It has helped alot. The only side effect I had was really dry mouth the first week or so.
A+ for me.

Hi

I was unlucky with wellbutrin. It made me extremely edgy and gave me a tremendous headache. But my psychiatrist said I am one of his few patients this has happened to. So good luck. It's great when you find something that works.

I was on Wellbutrin. Seemed great at first. But I had a lot of trouble sleeping after being on it for a few months, so I had to stop.

I was on it, and ended up with panic attacks as a result. It' helped when I quit smoking, but, afterwards, it led to the panic attacks. And my counselor said that it is not unusual. Many people get anxiety as a result of it.

In fact, when I first tried quitting years ago, I took it. That's when my anxiety and depression first began.
It is also the same time that my son became a heroin addict; and my ex was gambling away the house!
I guess there are times it's just impossible to separate the issues.

Shalom!

Shalom!

It took about a yr to find the right answer
to my chemical imbalance....monitored well
with my doctor i tried different meds all having
different side affects. Wellbutrin was wicked
to my system....it was aweful...
out of the many i tried that one was the worse.

It took a yr to finally find something that worked
well with me and now its been 2 yrs and im doing fine.
