What is going on?

I have been looking around the arcade and playing lots of different games, and not to be a bad loser but how the hell are some of the scores being achieved?

I know that at least one high score is higher than mathematically possible for that game, so are people cheating or are there glitches in the system?

Is cheating possible on these type of games? Could be a glitch.

Calling myself out here,

a) there are games like disc golf, where the "lowest" score SHOULD win, but it doesn't get registered that way-- whoever plays the worst game ends up with the "high" score.

b) I don't know how to find the "submit" button, or to get it to work, but in Duck Hunt 2 go to "hunt dog" mode, aim where the dogs will run more often than not, and leave the computer alone for a while. Points will take care of themselves.

c) if you can't figure out how to cheat in "Simon", then you don't deserve a high score.

There you have it. You can take away ALL my high scores if you like, even the legit ones-- I did it for the boredom, not the glory.

There are definitely glitches....

Blackjack is one....if you hit the bet 500 button twice, you don't get 1000, you bet 500500....

I want to know how to cheat on Simon!! (j/k)

I really do want to know how to cheat at Simon! I had a Simon game when I was about 13 and it's driven me crazy ever since. I do find if I go more by sound I get more than if I try to keep up to color.

Technically there are ways to get an outstanding score, I know how, but I'm not going to cheat while someone puts in true dedicated time to get a high score. I haven't played an "arcade" on a forum since I was a teenager.

I haven't done it but assume it would be easy to sit with a pen and paper and assign each color a number. Then just start writting down the last number that it plays and you don't have to memorize anything you just go off of what you wrote down. I don't know how well it would work, but it is worth a try.

I tried that for Simon and only got 22.. I got a really high number on add like mad but there must have been something wrong cuz it has never happened again. And I would like to say that I got My 1sts without tricks..just luck. I've been playing Majohng Solitaire almost daily for over 2 years..still can't get a good score on that one...ugh

I was so proud..

And I am the 3 card poker champ and it doesn't show most days running under my avatar..oh well..
