Question I need help!!!!

My wife has severe ptsd. She was abused as a child, by me and a crime victim. How can I help her?

First....the best way to help her is to help yourself learn how not to abuse.

Is she in counseling?

specialk,

Welcome to SR. I would like to know a little more about you. Can you expound on what is happening?

For more information on PTSD, read the stickies in this forum and posts here by others. We will try to help you in any way we are able. Please keep coming back.

Welcome to Sober Recovery!!!

I agree with shutterbug that you need to stop abusing her first and foremost and you also need to also get help to get your abusive tendencies in check.

I think your wife needs counseling as well.
