Was doing okay

I've been doing okay for a while, staying off the booze.
Got some different counselling for the PTSD.
Did a few things to try and cheer myself up a bit.

Even faced up to my own sh*t. Told myself I have to learn to live with things.
Believed for a while that I could.

Had a bad dream. Hit the bottle again. Lost control. Broke down crying infront of my sister and her boyfriend.

Now I'm back off the booze, reading a book a day, just sitting here waiting.
Keeping it together.

thanks indigo

To be honest - I do feel stronger just telling myself that
to keep on keeping on, is to keep on defying the demon.

all the best to you
