| Help!
I am so emotionally drained today after my first outpatient group therapy. It seems to be much more intense than inpatient therapy, and I feel like I am losing what I gained from last week. Does anyone know if this will get better, or should I consider going back inpatient? I fell so weak right now. Hazeleyes |

Sad- I am sure that you are going thru a lot of changes right now. All of here want what is best for you!! Do you fell that you need to go back to inpatient? Can you possibly process on your own what went on in group? If you feel you need to go back in please do not hesitate to go. Maybe you have a number that you can call and talk to some one who can help you decide what you need to do. Can you call your doctor? I am on your side take care and keep us posted...Big

I have another group therapy session tomorrow. If and when it because too intense for me, I will let them know right then, and then they can evaluate the situation. Unfortunately, I did not realize until I got home how intense it actually was on me. Thanks for your advice. |
