Anxiety - Meetings
Does anyone in the Toronto area know of weekly meetings, where the attendees can discuss their GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorders).
I found one, on Thursdays at 7 PM, but I am hoping to find another, similar type, meeting on another day during the week.
