Hi Morning Glory,

I hope I have done what you told me to correctly with my avatar.

You need to upload it Marteen so I can see it too.

When you reply to this message look down and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click on it and upload the picture. Then click submit reply. It should show up here.

Re: Avatar

I tried to upload it this afternoon but it told me it was too large. Perhaps my cat is cursed! Or maybe I should just show his nose! lol

Re: Avatar

Tried using the "quick reply" and didn't see any "manage attachments" so I am trying the post reply.

Re: Avatar

never mind, I found it, duh!! I can see that I need some real help in this venue!

Ok, I tried it again: as a bmp, jpg and one from my Adobe; the bmp and jpg: it said there was an upload error - files were too large And the Adobe one : it said that it was an invalid file

Is there anything else I/we can do? I can't get it to you because it's too large and I don't know what to do to make it smaller.

Re: Avatar

You'll have to email it.

soberrecovery@earthlink.net

Insert it as an attachment.

It might not look good if it's that big and I have to make it much smaller, but we can try and see what happens.

Re: Avatar

MG,

Is there any way that I can do anything with an image in Publisher? Just a thought! What is the best format for you - jpg, bmp or what?

Thanks,

Marteen

Re: Avatar

If you have adobe photoshop you should be able to resize it with that. I'm not sure about Publisher. I haven't worked a lot with it.

jpg would be good.
