Support group last night - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Went to support group last night, kind of rough but I feel a lot better. It's every 2 weeks but it feels like a lifetime. Good to talk to people who understand what's going on in my head. Fourteen years and don't think I'm getting anywhere but I'm still here so I guess it's working. Doesn't matter just thought I'd put this thread out there.

I go to Dual Recovery Anonymous meetings. There is only one in a 50 mile radius of where I live and its only once a week so i understand how you feel. "It" does work even though we sometimes arent aware of it. I wish you the best.
