hi people,

so alcoholic of me, i found sober recovery and never got past the newcomers board, today i scrolled down and saw this ptsd board.

i've been diagnosed with ptsd, but i haven't done anything but stuff it up untill now. i'm waiting for a call to see when i go for a psych evaluation and begin counceling.

i talked a bit about it the other night in the chat room with some wonderful people here, who inspired me to follow through on this.

i'm very anxious right now, so i'm just gonna read the other posts, i'l stop by now and then to say hi!

Welcome!! Inspiration is abundant here! So glad that you have found us, and hope that you are able to keep reading and posting. This PTSD board has alot of info on it to be had! If you scroll down on the main PTSD board and change it to "from the beginning" yOu will see what I mean!
