| hello
I have an anxiety disorder and prone to depression as well. I am also here because I have a family member who is alcohol dependent. This just makes it worse. Also my anxiety is worse over my health which is okay accept my heart beats irregularly and some people want to label it as just anxiety, but I tell you it is more than that. I thought I was going to break down and lose my mind last year because the heart thing was really bothering me and it was not because of panic. Panic rarely happens to me. I FINALLY have an appt. with a specialist Monday to start out and I truly hope they don't just so a Holter monitor and EKG. I have had that done already. If it must be repeated, fine but do more tests like an echo type of thing or something where they can tell more, or a stress test. And it runs in our family to have heart problems. This just intensifies the anxiety. It is certainly more than anxiety. Whether there be physical problem or not, I need something to take for my heart besides a beta-blocker. It barely does anything. It is ruining my life-no it HAS ruined my life. So this will be my first heart specialist appt. Hoping all goes well. |
