Hi, Natej1, And welcome to SR and the anxiety form! ![]() We all have worries in life. The sign of a disorder, though, is if it interfers with our lives. Here is a link that may help you learn some skills to keep things in perspective: http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...-worrying.html (How To Stop Worrying) I hope you continue to work with your doctor and to continue to post and let us know how you're doing. We care. ![]() Shalom!

I can truely relate to what you are doing. Please clear somethings up for me. You said you were tested for schizphrenia and the tests came back negative. What tests? It sounds like you are consumed with thoughts of illness. From the little you wrote you sound anxious. You are not alone.
