It seems just as life gets a little better, it knocks me on my ass again. I was able to reduce my anti-depressant to twice a day instead of 3x and have done well for 2 months. Then today, I started to feel anxious again. I've had some strange sleep patterns as well, going for a nap at 7pm (Planning for 15 or 20 minutes) then waking up at 10pm. Going back to bed at 1am with meds, waking up at 6am feeling rested but weird. My dreams are vivid and almost hard on the brain, if that makes sense. Anyways, today I started to get this feeling that I'll try to describe: It happens usually around my face and head, as though for a moment my skin shakes and I feel a bit off balance. This kinda resonates to my mouth and tongue. Weird. It's happen often enough that it doesn't scare me. I'll bring it up with my doctor next time I see him.

Davinci, I vaguely remember having a sensation like the one you describe when I took a tricyclic anti-depressant. It could be a side effect. Hope you continue to feel better. Love and light,
