| Hello, new here I am so happy that I found a place to discuss anxiety disorders. I have had anxiety on and off my whole life. Most recently I was treated for Post-partum depression. It was very scary for me and I still feel anxious about the scary thoughts that went along with it. My biggest fear I am dealing with right now is going crazy. I know that it is the anxiety and trauma of going through the ppd that causes the fear. I am in therapy and on meds, but of all of the fears I've had this one has been the most difficult to confront. Has anyone here had the fear of losing your mind and if so how have you confronted it? |

| Welcome to SR! I am sure someone will be along with some help shortly. In the meantime you might check out some of the other threads as they contain a lot of information regarding anxiety. |
