| Odd sleep patterns
Well, my panic attacks are gone. I'm still anxious when coming home, but that because home life is tough. I'm constantly worried how my wife and mother-in-law are doing. Anyways, I noticed that I can sleep or am usually very sleepy during the day after waking up. I could nap, but the nap would last hours and upon waking up I don't feel too hot. If I just skip my meds and wait until I feel like crap or start twitching (Which has happened when I forget to take my meds) and THEN take them, I just start to come down from feeling bad to normal without feeling sleepy. When I get home from work, I want to sleep, but I know if I do I'll likely want to sleep through the night (From 8pm to 8 or 9am). I asked my doctor about what I should do. He told me not to focus too much on the sleep, and just get focused on the anxiety. However, it sucks that when 10 or 11 comes around I can't sleep, and when it's 2 or 3am I have to take sleep meds. Any advice here?

Gosh, I have sleep trouble all my life. I finally got ativan and it changed my life. If we don't sleep well, daytime is hard to deal with. I don't have any advice, but I do know how crazy I get when I don't sleep.
