Here we go again folks, time to watch and count those sober days.
Many will keep track of their time sober and yet others may not.
If you are one who keeps track this thread may be for you.
I enjoy from time to time checking in with my days, months and years sober.
Hope that you will join us.
Have a blessed sober day,

day 27 for me. The worst AWS that hit me were diarrhea, insomnia, sweats and, lack of appetite. After day 4 my appetite returned. I still get the sweats but, not as drastic as the first few days. My insomnia hasn't weakened any, I still take allergy otc pills to fall asleep. I was fortunate to get this far without having to go through DT's and Seizures. I did ask my doctor for anti seizure meds on day 19. She told me I don't need them I made it past the point at day 19 of being in danger of DT's and Seizures.
when I did drink it wasn't in large volumes but enough to become dependent on alcohol. 4-6 beers every night at midnight for 22 years.

Thank you 48Health. Had a relapse on my recent Day 8 of sobriety. Feeling strong this morning and determined to stick with it this time.
I appreciate the support! I see your sobriety date started in 2003. That is fabulous! Congratulations!

Congrats on Day 27; well done.
Your drinking pattern sounds like mine - not copious amounts of alcohol, but enough to rob me of my soul.
