La Broquerie is the largest milk producing centre in Manitoba. The Cow was built for the Parish of La Broquerie's Centennial in 1983.

Good evening,
It is gobe 7.30pm here but still plenty of light left.
This is Folgate Street, it is only about a third of a mile from my place but several orders of magnitude upscale in terms of price.
Some of the buildings had to be rebuilt 100 yeats ago as the were hit by bombs dropped from a German airship in 1915 which was the first ever ariel bombing raid over London.
Local girl Marina Sirtis (counsellor Deanna Troi from Star Trek) used to have a place round here, I don't know if she still does.
It is gobe 7.30pm here but still plenty of light left.

Evening! The working week is over for me (well sort of- I have to go to the boss's BBQ on Sunday) but I too am glad it's Friday.
This week we have been enjoying some unseasonably fine weather, I do hope ot lasts.
