MG,

You go girl.

Its not easy, but we have all been there. You got this.

The most important thing to remember is that no matter how long we stop -- one day, one hour, one year, one decade -- one drink and we are screwed. I do not know you yet, but I do know that.

Hour by hour, day by day, forward we go, together.

Hi Merigold. Your brutal honesty is a big and important step. You don't have to live like that any more and please have hope that it will feel much better sooner than you think. Just one day at a time. Yes each day/hour/minute even may feel like an eternity at first but please trust me it gets so much better. I was where you are 32 days ago and it is possible. It's not easy but you CAN do it. Dig deep. See your doctor if you're scared of withdrawals. And most importantly take it easy on yourself. The cleaning will wait for now.
Take care and stay close it really does help xxx
