Sleepie, it's not broken, you just said yourself, you're worn out. Your spirit is tired, not broken. You just need to find somewhere soft to lie in your head for a while to rejuvinate it.
I remember feeling like that, broken, hopeless. Push on through the darkness. If you can keep on walking through it, you'll eventually find the door out of it x

Same for diet, he'll try and talk us into eating something unhealthy and it's like " Geez can we be on the same team? Do I have to do this for both of us?"... I may just do like I did with drinking, I'm on my own IRL no cheering section, ok, let him do his thing I'll do mine.
I have to say, he sounds a lot like me. I've tried to like exercise for years, with little success. Sometimes I force myself to go out and walk for an hour. But at the moment I'm looking into being a dog walking volunteer, this means I'll be around animals, which makes me happy, and will get exercise without really noticing! It's just about finding something enjoyable to the individual I guess

Got a gold star from the doc on my 6 month check-up yesterday. I've even lost some weight! Guess those daily walks really do pay-off.

C'mon, Sleepie! You've got to give yourself a chance. Healthy habits require some time to develop. I'm much healthier at age 50 than I was at age 40, but I had to put in the effort. Giving up is NOT AN OPTION!!!

Getting in shape was never going to be fun and how long have you been at it I've been on a no carb diet I'm pushing weights I'm walking with weights and I'm not in shape yet it's going to take devotion dedication and determination on the days I havnt felt like exercising I still do it the only reason is its the only way to get results
I realise this diet is turning into a lifestyle choice and for the next 6-12 months I'm going to stick to it

Sleepie rome wasn't built in a day and the 38°c heat certainly doesn't help I'm sweating my life away in 29°c today well not now I'm done

And also my body is in agony after esp my feet & legs but I have epsom salts for that since using it I hardly get blisters

Sending love Sleepie x
