Aussie you know it's one of those things, there is no waiting until you're in the right frame of mind. Alcohol will just prolong things, plus hangovers.

I've found over the years that slow and steady wins the race. Every time I over do something (like drinking), it usually backfires on me.

All I know is I'm eating a slice of pizza today.

I am sore, tired and achy and really exhausted between all the exercise and the heat today. I'm glad I did an extra 1 minutes yesterday. Cause that slice is going down the hatch no regrets.

That was " an extra 10 minutes", not 1!

I'm still in a foul mood so indulge me guys, I done good this week right? I'll likely get out for a walk later too. I'm literally dragging my azz through the motions. None of that endorphin stuff is happening.

Sigh time to go do errands.

Yes! You done Good!

Every single time I do something good for myself I am proud of that. I even have a little sticky note above my computer saying, "Do only that which is good for you."

Because I tend to forget that stuff.

Endorphins...I don't get those unless I really push myself for an extended period - say 30 minutes of hard exercise. I don't get that feeling on a flat leisurely walk - it has to be difficult and it has to last for a while.

Keep it up, Sleepie! The more you do it, the easier it gets. My cardio was awful before I started walking every day. Now it's not perfect, but it's a lot better than it was for sure (progress, not perfection).

Thanks guys. I have felt tired and wiped out, like I need more sleep and almost like I am coming down with something, I've never felt this way from working out before but also I never worked out every day before, it was every other day.

What I do is work out, I sweat but not always pouring sweat. Then I get in a cool shower or bath until I feel less furnace like.

What do you think Hawk?

Also I have been using an iPad and my phone lately to message here and today I accidentally alarmed a good friend in PM because I meant to say I was drinking my supplement and instead it said "I'm drinking" and left the supplement part out then I had to do a social thing and so hours later I saw an alarmed PM and I'm so sorry that I mistakenly upset them
