Well Sleep, I am trying a low carb diet. I just have to take off some weight! I've tried every diet under the sun at one time or another, but not low carb. It's going pretty well so far.
I thought of you last week when our air conditioning went out! It took 5(!) days to get the compressor ordered and replaced. It was horrible.
Extremely hot in Atlanta right now, so the coolish basement was a God send. I couldn't help but think of all the people who live without a.c.

Hey sleepie thanks for asking -- things are ok by me. Working through some stuff, as usual, but there's a lot of good in the world even if it often threatens to be shadowed out by the bad. Just grateful that today, at least, I'm able to see it and appreciate it.

Thanks, my friend. My husband and I are on Day 5 of the Whole30 Program and it's been...interesting. With my eating disorder history just deciding to do this for 30 days was an epic struggle, but now we're here I've been able to one-day-at-a-time things and just...you know, pay attention to what I'm feeling and thinking without judging myself. So far. 25 days to go!
