I make a chili with pineapple, chicken and hot salsa as part of the ingredients, really good.
I am still waiting for my mayo. Supposedly it was to be here today according to the Amazon tracking, but in reality is was only shipped from Fort Worth, TX early today (Friday 5th.) That is annoying.

Tomorrow is Mardi Gras, a batch of Jambalaya is in store, some cheese grits too. And a king cake. I used to do dinner for about 20-25 on Mardi Gras, booze flowing and the absinthe fountain flowing. Then the space I used was under renovation for ever (still is) and I lost the desire too cook that much. Got $$$ too.
So just dinner for a couple good friends and I.

Had to cancel my hiking trip Saturday as the weather is going to be a bit harsh.
Best news of the day was my TB test came in negative! Yay! Still sorry for my sis who has a four month regimen of antibiotics to endure.
