When does my sleep cycle normalize?

I'm on 278 days , can only sleep 3-4 hours a night after tossing and turning for 4 hours

Last night was the real test: Never can really shut my mind off on a Monday night. Thinking about what needs done that week, etc. managed to get five hours in of okay sleep. Don't feel too bad after an 11-hour work day. Bet I'll sleep like a rock tonight, though!
