Some time ago my sponsor was on a business flight during his first 6 months being sober. He had a few situations that had him quite agitated and when the drink cart was approaching he decided to have one. During the wait he noticed a woman opposite him reading the BB which immediately turned his desire off. That was over 40 years ago!

I think about how I'm gonna feel when the booze wears off.....tired sluggish irritable and dehydrated.....that's my visual.

interestingly when/after drinking most feel tired/sluggish/dehydrated etc.. not drinking is usually the opposite.
