It's been about 40 hours since I've last had a drink and I feel somewhat ok. The only things I've noticed is my brain feels kind of foggy, I feel more nervous, and kind of anxious. Apart from that today was a productive day.

Sounds as if things are going great! This can lead to apathy--what are you doing to maintain your sobriety?

Great job. My doctor told me that once I got past the 72 hour mark, things would start to improve. (fifth of 80 proof daily for 5 years).

I too have about 40 hours. I am looking foward to tomorrow because I beleive the fog will have lifted. I have been hydrating with Zico, water, coffee, tea, antioxidant juice and I still have the fog. Guess it takes time.

Today was a good day. I felt very clear-headed aside from once this morning and right now. It just kind of came on all of a sudden. I started feeling depressed and a little anxious. I guess my biggest worry when I feel like this is that I'm going crazy, even though I know that's not the case.
