But im also in a VERY stressfull environment where most fully sane cognizant individuals would have maybe off'd theirselves long ago, im not saying its ok to slip , actually I didn't fall yet I just grabbed a 12 but i don't think ill fall this time i gave up my 24 hr status and for that im hurting .

Don't beat yourself up. Always good to remind ourselves where this road leads though when we succumb to alcohol, an all too familiar nowhere with misery the next day.

I did that many, many times
I would drink two or three and then give the rest to my renter ( a boozer)
I was hating life and he was enjoying my mistakes made
I got sick and tired of doing this over and over
