AA definitely helps keep me grounded! Depression sucks, ask for a phone list at your next meeting and call people! I didn't at first, but now I do and it really makes a difference : )

You're going to be okay!

I've been following their website lately. Would be really nice to attend, but we're paying down our debt, so I better not. I think Marya H is one of the speakers... I love her book, Waiting.

So sorry to hear you are feeling down, Diva. Sound like you are doing everything you should to take care of yourself....so give yourself a break.
Be completely forthright when you see your PDoc......I mean honest about everything and really let him/her know how you feel. Don't be afraid to take medication if it is suggested.....you don't have to suffer to be sober, you know. Your brain is acclimating itself to a new situation and sometimes medication helps.

Please give yourself a big hug, you deserve it!

Thinking of you, Gardendiva. Sending you some vibes.
David Sedaris is one of my most favorite people on the planet. Be sure when you read the book, you imagine his voice telling you the stories. It will make it so much better.
